Editor's Note: The following is a 15 page family history of Albert G. Yoho written by Clayton W. Yoho. Richard Henthorn lists Albert as Albert P. Yoho. Clayton's account is very interesting a worth the 15 page read. Please take note of the "Yoho Dollar" reported by Clayton.
In his account, Clayton states that his father Encil C. Yoho told him his great, great grandmother was a Cherokee Indian who lived to be 106 years old. An investigation of Clayton's line below does not reveal an Indian ancestor as Encil's Great Great Grandmother was Annabelle Buchanan wife of Henry Yoho Jr. There have been a number Indian relatives reported by Yoho's but so far none of these stories have appear to be valid.
