David Alan II Yoho of Fairfax Virginia said his grandfather Jacob Otto Joho came to the U.S. in 1898 and anglicized his name to Yoho (Just as Johannes and Susanna Joho did after their arrival in 1738). Jacob was a Professor and David is a noted speech consultant and author. David visited Switzerland in 1994 and met with his reltives who live near Zurich. The family was able to trace their Joho line back 10 generations to 1620.
